Job summary

Everon is seeking an experienced Growth Leader to drive district expansion across services and solutions in the Fort Worth area. You will own long- and short-term performance, build engagement, and lead a diverse team to deliver revenue growth.

The role requires 5–10 years in sales or operations with P&L responsibility, plus a bachelor’s degree. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance to execute the business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree or progress toward preferred.
• 5–10 years of business experience in sales and/or operations, with at least 5 years in field leadership.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary organizations and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GMs and RVPs to support expansion of new and existing products and services.
• Own multi-year growth strategies and financial performance for the district.
• Develop and execute a talent management and succession plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance to execute the business plan.
• Drive customer-focused culture and accountability across the team.
• Promote ethics, compliance, safety, and high standards in all processes.
• Monitor progress and complete tasks on time.
