Vector Security is seeking a General Manager to lead the Lancaster district, aligning sales, operations and administration into a unified strategy. You will build teams, foster collaboration, and drive profit while delivering exceptional service and managing budgets.

The role emphasizes mentorship, performance management, and cross-functional leadership across enterprise resources to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing operations, HR, finance, and communications.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth across all branches.
• Manage daily sales performance through trainers and sales leaders; directly manage sales in smaller branches as needed.
• Ensure consistent execution of all sales strategies and initiatives.
• Grow the customer base year over year while maintaining strong service for existing clients.
• Participate in key customer engagements and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead and support branch management teams in daily operations.
• Oversee sales, operations, and administrative units across all locations.
