Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager for South Dakota State University in Brookings. You will oversee day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions, and lead a multi-site operation across a dynamic region.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, talent management and excellent communication. You will mentor on-site teams, build client relationships, guide budgeting and performance, and drive client and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions.
• Lead district-wide strategies to boost performance and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor on-site teams and build strong client relationships.
• Set direction, manage resources, and influence across the organization to achieve results.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance (P&L) across multiple sites.
