Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Knowledge of North Carolina State Code

Knowledge of electrical methods and safety standards

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

Ability to perform installation and maintenance on control systems

Ability to work under emergency situations

Education

High school diploma or equivalent with technical training
