The District Continuity Specialist at Farmers Insurance provides proactive operational, communication, and performance support to Agency Owners and staff within assigned Districts. The District Continuity Specialist provides proactive operational, communication, and performance support to Agency Owners and staff within assigned Districts. This role partners with Agency Owners and staff, district leadership, and business partners to deliver reporting, communications, training support, and performance tracking activities that support business objectives and district continuity efforts. Identifies agency needs, facilitates access to resources and information, and supports the execution of growth, retention, and agency performance initiatives during leadership transitions.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in business or related field.
At this time, we prefer a P&C, or Life/Accident/Health license to be valid and in good standing.
20% minimum travel expected in this role.
