A community service organization in New Jersey is seeking an experienced District Collaboration Teacher. The successful candidate will manage classroom activities, facilitate learning, and actively engage with families to support children's development. Qualifications

• BA or higher in Early Childhood Education and hold a NJDOE Certificate of Eligibility for P-3.
• 2 years of supervisory experience working in a classroom setting.
• Very strong knowledge of early childhood development and ability to implement curriculum teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide learning opportunities to students which support development.
• Communicate with families on a regular basis via home visits and conferences.
• Maintain required individual children's records, including developmental screenings.
