Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
• Ten (10) years of experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current Project Management Professional Certification - PMP preferred.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• At least one (1) year's working experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of planning and development for Capital Improvement Plan.
• Responsible for framework and expectations related to feasibility studies.
• Establishes effective implementation and assessment of project management processes.
• Ensures timely management of construction program and project records.
• Leads capital improvement staff to ensure excellent service.
