Overview
Firm seeks a full-time Michigan-licensed attorney with 3–5 years of medical malpractice experience to assist trial lawyers with legal research, writing, and motion practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, professional judgment, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents in medical malpractice cases.
- Assist trial lawyers with case preparation and strategy.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years medical malpractice litigation and trial experience.
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
- Member in good standing and active in the Michigan Bar.
- Strong professional judgment, work ethic, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and be responsive to support staff.
