Job Purpose

The District Assistant Branch Manager is a one to two year rotational role within a designated Herc Rentals district. This position assists with the management of multiple branches, ensuring equipment rental and sales services are executed effectively and to high quality standards. The role is designed as a developmental path to becoming a branch manager and reports directly to the District Manager. The District Assistant Branch Manager identifies opportunities to maintain and improve the district’s competitive position and profitability.

What you will do...

Requirements

• Must be a current Herc Rentals employee with a minimum of 2 years of Herc Rentals experience

• Applicants must be able to relocate within the assigned district

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related industry/field preferred

Pay Range:

$65k - $75k base salary + quarterly bonuses
