Job summary

ECMD, Inc. is hiring a Crewmember for warehouse duties in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will operate equipment, receive and ship goods, stock parts, pick orders, and prepare shipments with proper barcodes.

Starting rate is $20.00 per hour with benefits and a potential to earn up to $22.25 per hour. Eligible employees gain through ESOP, 401k, PTO after 90 days, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker, tug, or other material handling equipment.
• Receive and ship products and supplies.
• Stock parts and pick finished goods for orders.
• Package and stretch wrap specific parts; apply barcodes.
• Prepare bills of lading and ensure accurate deliveries.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Crewmember is responsible for various jobs in the warehouse area such as driving a order picker, tug or other appropriate material handling equipment, receiving and shipping products and supplies, stocking parts, picking finished goods, packaging, stretch wrapping specific parts, delivering parts and supplies to the correct areas throughout the facility, preparing bills of lading and applying barcodes.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds. Heavier materials will require assistance.
2. Ability to frequently lift and manipulate parts weighing from 5 to 50 pounds
3. Ability to bend, squat, crouch, kneel, and push/pull materials or material handling equipment.
