Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Specialist II in Distribution & Transportation Systems to own and optimize key systems, drive efficiency, and shape the future of our distribution network. You will collaborate across IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership and translate data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes improving KPI performance, standardizing best practices, and enabling scalable training and adoption across teams in Salisbury, NC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Transportation.
Experience with distribution systems or business applications preferred.
Exposure to MAWM or WMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize core systems as SME for Distribution and Transportation applications (e.g., WMS3000, MAWM Active, VoCollect).
Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows, enhance performance and KPIs across the network.
Collaborate with IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership to design solutions and support integrations.
Turn data into decisions by defining and analyzing KPIs to drive smarter decisions.
