Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Warehouse Associate for Allegheny Health Network operations in Kentucky. You will operate material handling equipment, receive, putaway, pick, and palletize shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.

This role requires experience in high-volume warehousing, knowledge of WMS, and certification to operate MHE. You will help ensure timely shipping/receiving, cycle counting, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a high-volume warehousing environment with inventory control knowledge via WMS
• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years of college preferred
• Material Handling Equipment certification required to operate equipment

Responsibilities

• Complete shipping/receiving documents accurately and on time
• Prepare bills of lading or receipts for shipments
• Distribute documentation to proper departments
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate material handling equipment
• Verify orders for completeness and proper labeling
• Record receipts and related documentation
• Assist in fulfillment of orders and staging to meet safety and productivity standards
