Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Distribution Technician for the 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift. This entry-level role trains staff in receiving, storage, distribution and inventory control of medical equipment and supplies.

You will perform data entry and assist in daily operations. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, data entry ability, and willingness to cover weekend shifts; lifting up to 50 lbs and delivering strong customer service are required.

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Six to twelve months experience working in a health care facility.
• Familiar with hospital supplies and equipment.
• Experience working with materials management computer programs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• 25 wpm keyboarding skills
