The Large Power Systems Division in Lafayette, IN currently has an opening for a Distribution Technician. In this role you will be responsible for material availability for Assembly consumption. The primary focus for the Distribution Technician will be moving material to the assembly line via stand-up, or sit-down fork truck.
Please include detailed work history to be considered, attached resume preferred. Candidates must be able to read, write, and conduct business in English. Hourly pay range of $20.94-$26.69 plus 6% premium for off shifts. Higher rates offered based on experience. Candidates must complete the full hiring process which includes but not limited to: Caterpillar Online Production Assessment (COPA), successful completion of Interview, background check, post offer medical questionnaire, and drug screen. Candidates must successfully complete and pass Basic Assembly Training (BAT), which is completed as a part of the new-hire orientation and onboarding process.
