Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a dedicated team member for a distribution center role in Tampa, FL. You will handle daily center operations including receiving, picking, replenishment, staging and housekeeping, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position runs 8pm–4am, Monday through Friday, offering a full-time schedule and opportunities to contribute to patient-focused service. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and can operate heavy equipment while maintaining productivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Distribution/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks in a centralized distribution center, including receiving, picking, replenishment, staging and housekeeping.
• Maintain productivity, quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards across all tasks.
• Operate manual and powered equipment such as forklift, order picker, pallet jacks and turret truck.
• Perform duties safely and be able to operate equipment at elevated heights as required.

Position Details

• Location: BayCare Integrated Service Center - Tampa, FL
• Status: Full-Time
• Shift: 8pm – 4am
• Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing the daily tasks associated with a centralized distribution center categorized by receiving, picking, replenishment, staging and housekeeping within the warehouse.
• All tasks shall be completed while exceeding standards for productivity, quality, accuracy and timeliness.
• Required to operate all manual and mechanical material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack and turret truck.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment at an elevation of 20 feet. Perform other duties as assigned.
