Peet’s Coffee Inc. Alameda Roasting Plant is seeking a Distribution Team Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure safe receiving, storage, and shipping, and drive productivity and service goals.

You will coach a team, analyze performance data, and partner with cross-functional groups to optimize workflows, improve inventory accuracy, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

This position oversees warehouse associates, coordinates daily workflows, and drives operational excellence across receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role.
