TheDistributionSupport team serves to provide excellent service toDistributionpersonnel (agents, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Multiple Line General Agents (MLGAs))regardingone or more disciplines (life, personal, ag & commercial). TheDistributionSupport Specialist II contributesa high levelof service to one or more lines of business (life, personal, ag & commercial).
Employees in this roleare required toaccurately record all hours worked andsubmittimesheetsin accordance withcompany policy. Overtime may be assigned as business needsdictate, and employees are expected to work overtime whenrequired.
This is a 100%in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.
Answers telephone calls promptly providing solutions to the caller’s questions.
Answers e-mails promptly providing solutions to the writer’s questions.
Documentscontent ofcalls and e-mails.
Contactsnew interns/agents/MLGAs to confirm set-up andfamiliarize with resources.
Participates in project teamsfor assigned system development, enhancement,testingand training.
Assistswithtraining ofnew team members.
High school diploma.
Minimum oftwo years ofcustomer service experiencerequired.
Supervisory/management experiencenotapplicable.
Knowledge ofinsurancerequired; in-depth knowledge oflines ofbusinessfor at least one discipline (life, personal or commercial).
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Insurance operating systems experience; in-depth knowledge ofoperating systems.
