Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Distribution Supervisor for Pico Rivera, CA. You will lead the shift, oversee Shipping and Transport operations, ensure order accuracy and safety, and manage payroll and discrepancies during the shift.

The role requires a High School Diploma (some college preferred) and 2+ years of distribution supervisory experience in the food industry, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

• Coordinate Shipping and Transport schedule with other departments.
• Schedule, assign and direct workforce; train and evaluate staff.
• Balance payroll for distribution employees using Kronos system.
