Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the department distribution functions, coordinating schedules and staffing to meet objectives.
• Maintain necessary inventory of materials and supplies for daily demands.
• Supervise movement of finished goods through warehouse from receiving to shipping and returns.
• Select, hire, train, and appraise distribution team members for quality service and productivity.
• Complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Provide a safe work environment in line with company safety program and goals.
• Continuously measure/monitor performance against standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
