Responsibilities

• Review cycle targets with leads and provide feedback or escalation.
• Collaborate with Marketing for visible presence in SL.
• Own the growth of a territory/area.

Those folks endure high fees, distant branches, and no card acceptance. Wave builds financial services that just work: no account fees, instant availability, and acceptance everywhere. We launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer‑to‑peer and business payments and now have millions of users across nine countries.

How you'll help us achieve it

• Be responsible for acquiring Wave users in a specific area.
• Implement Wave’s rapid growth strategy.
• Manage a team of 25‑50 merchant distributors.
• Work closely with Territory Leads and Regional Leads to plan distribution activities and follow up.
• Maintain team quality through hiring, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Grow monthly active users through deposits and conversions while retaining stable sender churn.
• Develop strategies to target groups with a strong need for Wave.
• Monitor distributors’ performance daily.
• Review cycle targets with leads and provide feedback or escalation to upper management.
• Collaborate with the Below-the-Line Marketing Team for visible presence in SL.
• Own the growth of a territory/area.
• Exemplify Wave values and lead by example.
