Job summary

Kite Pharma, Inc. in California is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Management Associate to support production operations.

You will manage daily warehouse tasks, receive shipments, dispense GMP materials, and maintain accurate GMP inventory while adhering to cGMP and safety standards. The role requires forklift certification and the ability to perform ERP transactions, cycle counts, and Kanban monitoring in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and participate in the Materials Management operations and activities to support Production operations.
• Manage the day-to-day assignments of warehouse tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
• Dispense and kit GMP materials to support production operations.
• Prepare and deliver raw materials, samples, supplies, etc. to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Perform accurate ERP transactions.
• Monitor Kanban area to ensure optimum replenishment of materials.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team.
• Cross-train in all areas of warehouse operations.
• Pick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies and procedures.
• Ensure individual employee training is up to date.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and GMP requirements at all times.
• Keep warehouse operation clean and organized.
• Assist in the revision of area SOPs.
• Forklift certified.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

Knowledge

• Works on assignments that are basic in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.

• Able to perform routine transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

The salary range for this position is: $55,930.00 - $72,380.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
