Job summary

Papa John's in Pennsylvania is seeking a Distribution Team Member I responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders and checking product for loading accuracy.

You will operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment, perform sanitation tasks, and coordinate with Shift Leader to handle safety, quality and day-to-day challenges while ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation and HACCP policies and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading/unloading in a distribution setting.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner.
• Notify management of damaged or suspect product.
• Complete loading/receiving tasks to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform daily sanitation tasks per schedule, including trailers.
• Communicate with Shift Leader about safety, product levels, and issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct picking and loading.
• Assist customers with will-call pickups as needed.
• Comply with PJFS Safety, Sanitation, HACCP, and applicable regulations.
