Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Phoenix is seeking a Distribution Operations Coordinator to support last‑mile distribution and new restaurant openings. The role offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week and periodic travel to openings.

You will coordinate distributor setup for NROs across brands, lead on‑site during openings, manage onboarding and compliance, provide daily operational support to restaurants, and collaborate with procurement to align brand

Qualifications

  • 2 yrs+ experience in supply chain, new site deployment, restaurant operation management or distribution management.
  • Knowledge of food service supply chain practices (restaurant, grocery, or food distribution).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve cost control and service processes.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute distributor setup requirements for New Restaurant Openings (NROs) across brands.
  • Serve as on-site lead during restaurant openings to ensure distribution and supply readiness.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and compliance between distributors and corporate teams.
  • Provide daily operational support to restaurants, including inventory guidance and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders and Procurement to define specifications for NROs and ongoing needs.
  • Consolidate direct-to-store distributors into the main distribution network and support new partner integrations.
  • Travel to support openings, partner visits, and training initiatives.

Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
  • Coordinate and execute distributor setup requirements for New Restaurant Openings (NROs), North Italia, Flower Child and Fox Restaurant Concepts.
  • Serve as the on‑site lead during restaurant openings to ensure all distribution and supply requirements are met prior to opening day.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and compliance between distributors and CCF Corporate.
  • Provide daily operational support to restaurants, including inventory guidance, order troubleshooting, and distributor issue resolution.
  • Work with brand leaders and Procurement to identify specifications for each brand to support NROs and ongoing business.
  • Consolidate direct to store and silo distributors into (CCF) main distribution network.
  • Support the onboarding of new concepts and new supply chain partners, ensuring seamless integration into our existing distribution network.
  • Travel to support new restaurant openings, partner visits, and training initiatives.
What we require:
  • 2 yrs+ experience in supply chain, new site supply deployment, restaurant operation management or/and distribution management.
  • Knowledge of food service supply chain practices (restaurant, grocery, or food distribution company).
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost control and service process improvements.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Thrives in dynamic, high‑intensity environments by maintaining composure, demonstrating sound judgment, and staying solutions‑oriented while effectively managing competing priorities and diverse personalities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to effectively work through barriers to implementation.
  • Advanced in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What we prefer:
  • Two (2) year college degree (or in pursuit of a 2‑year degree) in supply chain, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Distribution or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Experience in restaurant/food service supply chain.
