Responsibilities

• Perform office administration and clerical duties.

• Retrieve and procced all equipment according to established hospital procedures.
• Restock and prepare proceeded carts for the further usage.
• Store incoming stock away according to its location and expiration.
• Restock main storeroom and bulk area as needed.
• Inventory PAR level rooms/carts on a specific schedule.
• Process (fill and delivery) supply requisitions to the department.
• Assist Receiving department as needed.
• Inspect cartons for visual damage before receipt approval.
• Deliver supplies and obtain signatures when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.

Restocks PAR level carts and cleans equipment. Maintains responsibility for all received goods until they reach their destination.
