Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction jobsite processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and serve as primary contact for clients.
• Maintain cost tracking, change order management, and risk mitigation plans.
