Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Principal, Distribution Optimization to lead the enterprise distribution strategy, network design, and automation initiatives.

The role delivers measurable improvements in service performance, inventory flow, and cost-to-serve across the distribution network. You will build business cases, oversee transformation programs, and partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to implement future-state capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, network design, or related disciplines.
• Experience evaluating and implementing 3PL operating models, automation technologies, and distribution systems.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise distribution optimization roadmap and strategy.
• Design and optimize distribution networks to support growth, service, and profitability.
• Evaluate facility footprint, capacity, inventory positioning, and customer service strategies.
• Lead outsource vs insource assessments for warehousing, fulfillment, and related functions.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance expectations for distribution partners.
• Drive IT-enabled improvements across WMS, automation, and reporting platforms.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor productivity and service performance.
• Present strategic recommendations and business cases to executive leadership.
