McMaster-Carr in Ohio is seeking a Distribution Operations Specialist to support our fast-paced facility. You will learn one core role and expand your skills across order fulfillment, packing, and safety-focused processes while contributing to accurate, on-time parts delivery.

The position highlights hands-on work, safety, and teamwork; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and training on material handling equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions.
• A focus on safety of themselves and others.
• Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required).
• A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow through hands-on work.

Responsabilités

• Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy.
• Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided).
