Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving process improvements, and collaborating with leadership to achieve consistently high results while upholding a strong, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates with coaching and guidance, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
