DHL Supply Chain in Ohio is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Distribution network to lead a frontline team, uphold safety standards, and drive warehouse efficiency. You will monitor KPIs, report performance, and implement processes to optimize operations.

This split-shift role (11:00am-7:00pm) offers a chance to contribute to our reputation as a global contract logistics leader. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years in a lead/supervisor role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates, fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to ensure alignment.
