Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience and 2+ years in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and maintain accountability.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict fairly.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to meet demand.
• Ensure safety and reliability in compliance with HAZMAT and DOT documentation.
• Maintain supply reliability for customers and locations and FDA-compliant medical gas deliveries.
• Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet goals and standards.
• Review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments.
• Lead safety initiatives, including safety training and accident investigations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and motivate personnel.
