The role involves on-site mornings, field driving two to three days weekly, reviewing inspections, tracking productivity metrics, and coordinating training, vehicle needs, and route adjustments to strengthen tomorrow's performance. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and basic math for inventory counts.
• Valid Class C license and health card; satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Preferred: maintain a Class A license.

Responsibilities

• Managing route efficiency.
• Hiring and training route, relief, and bulk drivers.
• Conducting PRIDE vehicle inspections.
• Ensuring planograms and brand order are followed.
• Coordinating vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Monitoring key productivity/efficiency indicators.
• Enforcing OSHA/Federal and company safety policies.
