Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead from the warehouse floor, coaching teams of 500+ and delivering exceptional service through safe, accurate and efficient operations. You will direct inbound, outbound and support activities, drive continuous improvement with KPIs and a modern WMS, and develop high-performing managers across the 1.5+ million square feet facility.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions and the ability to balance speed

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations and teams of 400+.
• Experience with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Join Uline as a Distribution Manager and lead from the warehouse floor, staying connected to daily operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. You'll help lead Uline's distribution operations in Pleasant Prairie, spanning over 1.5 million square feet.

Position Responsibilities

Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.

Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands‑on leadership.

Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry‑leading service and same‑day shipping.

Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data‑driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.

Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.

Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
