Job summary

ITW in Solon, OH is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and returns, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will train and coach warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Customer Service and Inventory Control to sustain inventory integrity and on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, and returned goods operations to meet customer requirements.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment through training and safety programs.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse and distribution employees to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance; provide feedback and coaching.
• Schedule domestic outbound truckload shipments using approved carrier networks.
