Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Lineman C to assist in installation, construction, maintenance and repair of overhead electric distribution lines.

The position is based in Texarkana with work across Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana. Candidates should have a valid Class A CDL and medical card recommended, 1 year of experience (2 years preferred), own hand tools, and a solid understanding of electrical distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of electrical distribution systems.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Description

As a Lineman C you will be assisting in the installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electric distribution lines. This position is managed out of Texarkana, TX with work in multiple locations and opportunities throughout Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and medical card recommended
• 1 year of experience required
• 1-2 years of experience recommended
• Own your own hand tools
• Intermediate understanding of electrical distribution systems
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
