Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. in Texarkana, TX seeks a Lineman B to assist in installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electric distribution lines.

Position involves work out of Texarkana with opportunities across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana; CDL recommended, 2+ years experience, and ownership of personal hand tools are expected along with passing background checks and drug screening.

Job Description

As a Lineman B you will be assisting in the installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead electric distribution lines. This position is managed out of Texarkana, TX with work in multiple locations and opportunities throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and medical card recommended
• 2 years of experience required
• 2-4 years of experience recommended
• Own your own hand tools
• Intermediate understanding of electrical distribution systems
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
