Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Distribution Hub Associate to support the Distribution Hub Manager in daily operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, order processing, labeling, packaging, staging, and delivery coordination.

You will supervise Hub Associates and Drivers, ensure METRC and Dutchie records are accurate, perform local deliveries as needed, and uphold safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.

Qualifications

• METRC and Dutchie proficiency required.
• Experience in inventory receiving, verification, and counting.
• Ability to supervise Hub Associates and Drivers and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pack/stage and delivery load-out to ensure accuracy and on-time prep.
• Assist Hub Manager with daily hub operations and staff training.
• Receive inventory from vendors, verify contents, count, and inspect for discrepancies.
• Process inbound and outbound inventory in METRC and Dutchie; maintain records and transfers.
• Coordinate delivery routes, vehicle readiness, and on-time local/state deliveries.
