  • Direct and manage a supply management program, including logistics warehousing and receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of contract preparation and contractor monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of automated supply, administrative tools and asset management systems.
  • Ability to communicate in writing.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with others to provide consultation or liaison services.
  • Ability to use innovative thinking and analytical methods to evaluate supply and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of policies, processes, and regulations related to inventory, property, equipment and supply management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
