Job summary

Alvin ISD is seeking a warehouse support worker to deliver supplies and equipment, assist with warehouse and vehicle maintenance, and support Central Distribution operations. The role requires basic maintenance skills and material management, plus a valid Class C driver’s license.

With at least one year in a warehouse or receiving setting and proof of forklift experience, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient material handling and inventory accountability across the district’s central receiving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Material management.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• One-year experience in a warehouse or receiving location.
• Provide proof of experience with a forklift and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies and equipment for Alvin ISD.
• Assist with routine maintenance of warehouses and vehicles.
• Support Central Distribution service operations including receiving, storage, distribution, and accountability of materials received in Central Receiving.
• Demonstrate safe teamwork in related tasks as needed.
