Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Team Members in your area.
• Ensure that all product is received and shipped efficiently.
• Maintain all areas in good repair, orderly, and clean.
• Use equipment to capacity to fill orders.
• Enforce all safety policies and maintain equipment.
• Document all safety training and maintenance.
• Communicate openly with Team Members about safety.
• Collaborate with supervisors to achieve goals.
• Develop innovative ideas to improve processes.
