Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team on-site for weekend operations and drive key performance metrics across the distribution floor.

You will coach associates, ensure safety and process adherence, and partner with leaders to execute strategic plans that improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates bring 2–3 years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a demonstrated ability to manage non-exempt staff.

Hours are Saturday Sunday and Monday - 345pm to 215am and overtime as needed

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to change.
• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues
• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes/issues
• Identifies opportunities for innovation

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00. Maximum Salary: $88,830.00. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
