Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our logistics center. The role focuses on leading a team of associates on a Monday–Friday shift (1:30 PM–9:30 PM) with overtime as needed, driving operational excellence from the floor to customer experience.

You will coach, monitor processes, and partner with leaders to implement best practices. Strong safety focus and alignment with company values are essential.
