Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co. is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our receiving operations on 3rd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise and coach team leads and associates, drive efficiency, and ensure safe and accurate goods flow into the facility.

You’ll manage compliance, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and productivity goals while remaining hands-on when needed. This role emphasizes strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, including overseeing receiving operations.
• Experience in a receiving, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communicator, able to present and explain information clearly.
• Decisive and proactive in resolving challenges.

• Perform quality checks and assist with pick, pack, and ship operations as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize receiving workflow and increase efficiency.

About the Role

Morris & Dickson is seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our receiving operations on 3rd shift. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, including experience overseeing receiving operations.
• Previous experience in a receiving, distribution, or warehouse environment is required.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communicator, able to present and explain information clearly.
• Decisive and proactive in resolving challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college coursework or a degree preferred.
• Forklift and turret truck/stock picker experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable being on your feet 90% of the shift (walking, standing, bending, lifting).
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, or holidays if required.

Compensation

• $32.00 - $41.15 USD per hour

Schedule

• Sunday: Noon until the end of production
• Monday - Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
