Job summary

Legends MainGate, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Distribution Center Associate for the 1st shift. This role handles order processing, inventory control, restocking, and packaging duties to meet daily production and shipment needs. Shift is 8:00AM–4:30PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime possible early mornings and weekends as needed.

On-site work with cross-functional support across DC operations. Candidates should be comfortable with RF scanners, warehouse software, and physical duties like

• Ability to visually use all internal company codes and other shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders via the Receiving, Order fulfillment or Shipping functions.
• Be accountable for meeting quality standards and inventory control expectations.
• Restock bin locations with items on a daily basis.
• Assist in the shipments of orders and through shipping and packaging functions.
• Utilize TWL and RF scanner to manage inventory and aid in the flow of product within the warehouse.
• Meet set production expectations in daily assigned work areas.
• Routinely work in cross functional roles to assist in meeting daily production demands.
• Perform general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory area.
• Be cross trained in other areas of the DC/Production.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Distribution Center Associate – 1st Shift

Distribution Center Associates are a vital member of our team by processing and fulfilling daily internal and external customer orders.

Shift: 8:00AM–4:30PM, Monday–Friday. Overtime available through the week and on weekends if necessary. Must be able to start as early as 6:00AM for overtime.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
