Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate – Level 2 to support inventory management, shipping operations and DC processes. You will help ensure accurate records, timely shipments and efficient workflow within the distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution center, inventory or shipping experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Level 4 staff with placing garments into inventory.
• Count inventory manually and through scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and make corrections as needed.
• Utilize internal systems to process and manage invoices.
• Assemble corrugate cartons and packaging materials.
• Box and prepare units for shipment through FedEx and other carriers.
• Retrieve production from various areas of the facility as needed.
• Operate bagging equipment and apply stickers to poly bags.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform data entry and maintain inventory-related records.
• Support distribution center projects and special assignments as needed.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
