Job summary

The Home Depot in Boston area is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to run efficiently, safely, and productively. You will hire, evaluate, coach, and terminate hourly associates, with responsibility for 20 to 30 staff.

You will drive inventory accuracy, plan staffing, and monitor key metrics while ensuring adherence to processes and holding teams accountable for results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a related field.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 hourly associates and ensure safe, productive operations.
• Coach and develop associates; conduct evaluations and handle hiring/discipline.
• Ensure adherence to standard processes and identify improvements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key metrics; drive productivity and quality.
• Coordinate staffing to meet production plans and manage relationships.
