Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conveyor/flow problems using software applications.
• Complete checks, forms, and requests related to operational flow.
• Respond promptly to internal customer needs.
• Record details of calls and dispatches for maintenance staff.
• Monitor and respond to phone calls and radio traffic.
