Job summary

You will implement strategies, supervise 2 to 40 staff, manage safety, quality, costs, and vendor relationships, and drive process improvements across inventory, workflow, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 5 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Limited travel, about 1–3 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office and Warehouse Teams and coach staff toward operational excellence.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct incident investigations to meet safety audits.
• Ensure timely order processing and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee quality assurance and total quality management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement lean processes.
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimize workflow and space utilization.
• Communicate with corporate and site leadership to align on goals.
