Tire Distributor Xperts Fontana is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Fontana, CA. This role leads all DC operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring on-time shipments with accurate paperwork.

The position requires strong leadership, a solid background in operations management, and knowledge of DOT and safety requirements. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, with potential for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing a delivery fleet under DOT compliance.
• Valid driver's license; insurance eligibility.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff; budget awareness.
• OSHA knowledge; safety focus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all facility operations including scheduling and managing drivers, supervisors, leads, and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day DC operations ensuring timely shipments and accurate paperwork.
• Enforce safety, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse, fleet, and shipping regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient distribution center.
• Recruit, select, and train DC staff; coach team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Manage budget and cost-control initiatives.
• Drive cost reductions and improve inventory turns.
