Job summary

A retail pharmacy and health service company is seeking a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will maintain Distribution Center facilities and equipment to optimize performance. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and general building maintenance. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanical theory. This position requires physical ability to climb and lift as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School/GED and at least 2 years in industrial or maintenance technology.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity (single-phase and three-phase).
• At least 6 months experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical theory including bearings and hydraulics.
• Willing to climb to 100 feet and lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs.
• Use CMMS-generated worksheets to maintain equipment.
• Clear jams and remove foreign materials from handling equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance as needed.
