Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians in our fast-paced Texas distribution center. You will oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support multiple business units such as order fill and replenishment.

This role requires strong leadership, a willingness to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety. It offers full-time hours with day/evening shifts and benefits, supporting a 10–12 hour shift

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Experience leading maintenance teams.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot facility equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work 10–12 hour shifts in a fast-paced DC.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of maintenance techs and senior techs.
Manage performance and develop talent.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a safe, clean, productive environment.
Provide support across DC, prioritizing maintenance tasks.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
Troubleshoot machine issues; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
Communicate with senior managers.
